I know this graphic is hard to read and may be blurry but here’s the average weight gain values;
blood 1.5kg, protein fat storage 3.5kg, extra bodily fluids 1.5kg, breasts 0.5kg, baby 3-4kg, placenta 0.5kg, uterus 1kg & amniotic fluid 1kg.
Totalling an “average” weight gain of 10-12kg.
