This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that provides immediate, expert medical advice from a registered nurse.

RCH Anaphylaxis Support & Advisory Line – 1300 725 911 or 9345 4235
Available only between 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.
This service provides:

  • Provide anaphylaxis policy implementation and health advice on issues related to Department of Education and Training (DET) Anaphylaxis Policy,
  • Provide information on training that is funded by the DET,
  • Provide relevant information to support schools and children’s services in implementing the guidelines,
  • Provide advice to families of children diagnosed at risk of anaphylaxis attending school or children’s services with information regarding anaphylaxis policy.
